Problem

Our client had to manually manage the occupancy and the billing of 1300 workspaces spread across some 600 rental properties.

Solution

We have combined a geographic information system (GIS) with the drafting software Autocad, to create a single online platform to operate.

Result

Now, our client can:

  • access the building plans, by address or by floor via a tablet
  • assign a free space on each floor with just a click (office, cubicle, server room, corridor, etc.)
  • invoice his client in all simplicity depending on the area used

Problem

Our client had access to a great deal of power consumption data for its pavilions, but the raw data was sparse and difficult to interpret.

Solution

We have created an online application including power consumption data of its pavilions. This archiving platform has algorithms that automatically transform data into graphs and comprehensible trends.

Result

Now, our client can:

  • interpret the power consumption data easily and in near real time thanks to clear and graphics full of imagery
  • understand what consumption habits to change to reduce energy costs for each pavilion and each type of energy (natural gas, oil, electricity)

Problem

Our client had to manage his inventory of products sold online with a complex spreadsheet system and update his website in parallel, making the task long and tedious.

Solution

We created a program synchronizing data from its inventory of products (category, size, price, description, etc.) compiled in the Sage Simply Accounting software, with data from its transactional website Prestashop.

Result

Now, our client can:

  • manage his inventory and invoices as easy as possible
  • automatically synchronize the data of his accounting systems and those of his transactional website

Problem

As a snow removal specialist, our client was manually managing billing his many clients, from a simple spreadsheet.

Solution

We have recreated the method used by a client in MS Access, but by accelerating, simplifying and automating it for a great deal of time saved. Our automated online billing system compiles data for each client, generates invoices automatically and makes follow-up payments.

Result

Now, our client can:

  • invoice his clients in a few clicks (including multi-address accounts)
  • take a glance at services and transactions’ history for each client
  • simply track the payment

Problem

Our client had to manually manage the rental and the hourly billings of conference rooms in different buildings.

Solution

We created a platform for online booking enabling over 100 clients to book conference rooms and other components (equipment, lighting, etc.), and an automated billing system.

Result

Now, our client can:

  • allow his clients to see room availability and book online
  • automatically bill customers for the rooms and equipment reserved for a period of time at any given hourly rate
